- In Microsoft Outlook 2007, go to "Tools" > "Account Settings".
- Click on the "New..." to create a new email account.

- Tick the "Manually configure server settings or additional server types"

- In "User Information", key in your name and FULL email address.
- In "Server Information" > "Account Type", select POP3.
- In "Incoming mail server" and "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)",
enter mail.yourwebsite.com
(substitute "yourwebsite.com" with your ACTUAL website address). - In the "User Name" field, enter your FULL email address (e.g you@yourwebsite.com)
- In the Password field, enter your password.
- Tick "Remember password".
- Then click on "More settings".

- Go to "Outgoing server" tab,
tick "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
- Go to "Advanced" tab, change Outgoing server (SMTP) port
from 25 to 26 and click OK.
- Click "Finish" to complete the process.
