Learn how to set up your email in your Mac OS X Apple Mail.

  1. Click Mail and select Preferences.
  2. Click the Account tab, then click the plus sign (+) at the bottom
    to add your new account.
  3. Under General Information > Account Type, choose POP.
    Type your Account Description (this is for your reference purpose only).
    Next type your Full Name and your FULL Email Address
    (example: you@yourwebsite.com).
  4. In the Incoming Mail Server field, enter mail.redboxhosting.com
  5. In the User Name field, enter your FULL email address (e.g you@yourwebsite.com).
  6. In the Password field, enter your password.
  7. in the Outgoing Mail Server field, enter mail.redboxhosting.com
  8. Tick the Use Authentication box.
  9. In the User Name field, enter your FULL email address (e.g you@yourwebsite.com).
  10. In the Password field, enter your password.
  11. Cick Done when finish.
