How do I login to submit my website update? Print

Step 1: Go to www.redboxstudio.com/support

 

Step 2: Click on Submit Support Ticket.

 

Step 3: Key in your full email address. For example, mary@redboxstudio.com.

Key in your given password. Click Login.

*Lost or forgotten password? Request for a new password by clicking "Request For A Password Reset" (under the Login button).

 

Step 4: Click on Website Updates if you want to send in updates for your website. 

Click on Technical Help if you want to report any email or hosting issues.

 

Step 5: Fill up the form which appears.

 

In Subject, state your website URL before your subject.

For instance, if your website is www.RedboxStudio.com your subject should be: Redbox Studio: Update About Us page


Draw a line like this ======== . Under this line, specify your updates clearly.

Indicate the end of the instructions or updates by drawing another set of lines ========


EXAMPLE: 
====================

1. Add this sentence to the first paragraph of About page:

"We are a web design and web marketing agency based in Penang."

2. Remove the third paragraph on the About page.

If you have other special remarks, put them below or outside of the ========

Click Submit once you're done.

You will get a Ticket Number.


Once you see the Ticket Number, it means you have successfully submitted a ticket to our team.

Your website will be updated within the next 2 days.


Once our team has updated the website, you will receive an email from our team.
